Karl Yoder
Founder &
Managing Partner
Karl Yoder is the Founder and Managing Partner of KCA, and has over 20 years of direct experience assisting California charter schools with strategic consulting, financial guidance, and bond-related municipal advisory services.
Prior to founding KCA in 2019, as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Delta Managed Solutions, Inc., Karl helped to grow DMS to over 70 client schools and over 60 employees, converting DMS into a 100% employee-owned company in 2017.
Karl has extensive experience with all aspects of California charter school operations, bond and note financing, operational finances, charter authorizations and renewals, facility needs, impacts of changes in law and legislation, and long-term fiscal planning.
Karl's background in municipal investment banking and municipal advisory services includes structuring and placing nearly $400 million in bonds and notes to help California charter schools meet their facility and cash flow needs.
